Just won an ebay bid for a brand new Japanese Santoku kitchen name. The seller allows 2 characters to be etched on the knife. Can't wait to see my name (as in the pix) on it ... picture of the knife and my current humble arsenal coming soon.

You have to super safeguard this "personalized" knife with your life. If it was found at a murder scene, CSI would be all over you! Of course, you'd say you were "framed", and I'd be your "alibi" and Julia Roberts would be your defense attorney...I watch way too much TV!
